The University of Minnesota's Tyler Johnson was named the Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week on Monday for his performance in Saturday's win against Georgia Southern.

The wide receiver hauled in three touchdowns and 10 catches in all, tallying up 140 yards. It was Minnesota's 18th-straight nonconference win. Johnson, who was named First Team All-Big Ten last season, scored touchdowns that covered 73 (career long), seven and two yards. His third score came with 13 seconds left in the final quarter that lifted the Gophers to a comeback win.
