1-on-1 with Lynx coach/GM Cheryl Reeve: Moore sitting out 2019, Brunson's future, and more

February 10, 2019 05:40 PM

Lynx coach/general manager Cheryl Reeve is knee-deep in free agency and even draft planning -- she has four picks in the top-20.

But she took a few minutes on Friday to chat with our Darren 'Doogie' Wolfson about Maya Moore's decision to not play in 2019, and much more.

Reeve said that she knew for a while about Moore's 2019 intentions, and that she doesn't know if Moore will be back in 2020. Moore announced earlier this week that she won't play this year and will pursue a path in the ministry.

Reeve also touched on Seimone Augustus' return, All-Star Sylvia Fowles, whether Rebekkah Brunson will play another year, how Lindsay Whalen is doing as Gophers coach, how owner Glen Taylor took the Moore news, and a lot more.
