Wahl also had offers from the Gophers, Iowa State, and others.

At 6-feet-7, Wahl oftentimes plays point guard, but has the speed and length to play on the wing too at the next level. He currently is a starter on the great D1 Minnesota Adidas-sponsored AAU team.

Wahl is the second local player in the 2019 Class to tell the Gophers no -- DeLaSalle high school guard Tyrell Terry chose Stanford.
