Two future North Carolina Tar Heels squared off when the Burnsville baseball team hosted Lakeville North Thursday night.

Burnsville pitcher Max Carlson and Lakeville North's Ryan Sleeper will both play college baseball at the University of North Carolina. For now it is Sleeper who holds the bragging rights. He scored on a wild pitch in the 2nd inning then hit a two-run homer off his future teammate in the 3rd. Lakeville North beat Burnsville 4-0.
