Timberwolves guard Jimmy Butler wants out of Minnesota and he's not the first Wolves player to make his desires to play elsewhere known. Kevin Love forced his way out of Minnesota before the 2014-'15 season.

Love will be back with the Cleveland Cavs when the Timberwolves face them in the Wolves' home opener on Friday night.

"I just remember a lot of good moments from my first six years in the league," Love said on Thursday. "I can't believe this is my 5th season in Cleveland - 11th overall, but looking back a lot of positives - a lot of fun coming back to the Twin Cities."

Love was asked what advice he'd give Butler.

"I'd just say keep his head down and keep working. He's a worker. He's very competitive. he's a guy who's been very good in this league for a long time. It's never easy. You see guys switch teams - they want to get to a winning situation."
