Hopkins basketball star Paige Bueckers honored as McDonald's All-American

Hopkins Royals senior guard Paige Bueckers was honored at a McDonald's in Minnetonka for her selection to the 2020 McDonald's All-American Game.


Bueckers is the top-rated high school girls senior in the nation and has committed to play her college basketball at the University of Connecticut. Bueckers, along with Minnehaha Academy’s Jalen Suggs and Prior Lake’s Dawson Garcia, are the 15th, 16th and 17th Minnesota students to receive the McDonald's All-American selection. 

Along with her All-American selection, Bueckers also is on the newest cover of the popular Slam Magazine.
