Mat Robson made 43 saves as the Gophers men's hockey team beat Ohio State 4-3 Saturday night in Columbus, Ohio. Paired with Friday night's 4-3 win, it gives the Gophers just their second weekend sweep of the season.

The Gophers scored their four goals on just 16 shots on goal.

Scott Reedy opened the scoring for Minnesota just 20 seconds into the game and Nathan Burke added his 2nd goal of the weekend to give the Gophers a 2-0 lead after the 1st period.

Brent Gates Jr. scored for Minnesota to give them a 3-0 lead in the 2nd, but Ohio State answered with two goals of their own, so the Gophers took a 3-2 lead into the 2nd intermission.

The Gophers took on a 4-2 lead in the 3rd period when senior captain Tyler Sheehy scored his 11th goal of the season. Ohio State closed the gap to a 1-goal lead again in the 3rd, but Robson denied the Buckeyes on several flurries late in regulation.
