Amber Fiser continues to one-up herself.

In the Gopher softball team's home opener this season against Illinois, Fiser pitched her first collegiate no-hitter.

A no-hitter is hard enough to accomplish, but Fiser went one step further just a couple weeks later.

In their game against Purdue on April 27th, Fiser threw a perfect game in a 9-0 win.

Fiser only needed 45 pitches to polish off her first collegiate perfect game. It's only the sixth perfect game in Gopher Softball history.

The perfect game helped Fiser earn Louisville Slugger/NFCA Division I National Pitcher of the Week honors and her third-consecutive Big Ten Pitcher of the Week award.

Fiser is 24-8 with a 1.52 ERA on the season and has only allowed two earned runs in her last 52.1 innings pitched.

The Gophers finish the regular season with a three-game series against Penn State this weekend. They bring a 14-game win streak into the final weekend.

Minnesota is 15-3 in the Big Ten and enter the final weekend trailing Michigan by one game in the race for the conference title.  Michigan hosts Ohio State this weekend.
