Former East Ridge H.S. Star J.C. Hassenauer Prepares for NFL Pro Day

J.C. Hassenauer has been living the dream ever since he left Minnesota to play for the University of Alabama in football. Two national championships later, the versatile offensive lineman is getting ready for his next challenge which is preparing for a professional football career.

"It's been a dream come true for me to play at Alabama and win a couple national championships, but now it's time for me to focus on my next task, which is preparing myself for pro day and the NFL Combine," Hassenauer told KSTP Sports.


"I knew going to Alabama would prepare me for this time in my life and now I need to take advantage of this opportunity and work as hard as I can to show teams in the NFL that I'm ready for this next chapter of my life in playing professional football," Hassenauer added.

Hassenauer, Former Gophers running back Kobe McCrary, Cal Bloom of UCF, Jake Krause of Bemidji State and others are all working out at ETS Elite in Oakdale.
