D1 Minnesota AAU Coach Al Harris on Locally-Based Players Starring on College Level

January 16, 2018 03:19 PM

This is the second of a two-part interview series with Minnesota basketball experts. Al Harris is the coach of Adidas-sponsored D1-Minnesota, a team that Colorado star freshman McKinley Wright (Champlin Park HS) and others have played for.

He talked with our Darren 'Doogie' Wolfson about all the locally-based players starring in college basketball this year. It's over 50 Minnesota natives scattered all across the U.S. having high levels of success.

Harris' next star player is Rochester John Marshall's Matthew Hurt, one of the best players in the country in the 2019 Class. So Harris also touches on Hurt's recruitment.
