World Down Syndrome Day

The date 3/21 sympolizes the triplication of the 21st chromosome, which is the cause of down syndrome.  In Minnesota there are about 4,000 people with the condition.  Sarah Curfman, with the Down Syndrom Association of Minnesota, and her son Felix explain the services of their organization.
