Water rose over roads, flooding homes and yards.

Authorities reported the area received more than six inches of rain in one night, causing the flash flooding.

Meanwhile, Chopper 5 captured video of severe flooding that closed Oxbow Park and Zollman Zoo.

Walz will visit Dodge and Olmsted counties to talk with local officials about the flooding's aftermath.
