Political Insider: Housley Announces Bid for Franken's Seat; GOP Congressional Tax Bill

Hamline University's David Schultz and the University of Minnesota Humphrey Institute's Larry Jacobs discuss State Sen. Karin Housley's announcement she'll challenge current Lt. Gov. Tina Smith in 2018 for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Al Franken.

The trio also discusses the GOP tax bill making its way to President Donald Trump's desk. The bill initially passed Tuesday by the House will have to again go up for a vote Wednesday after congressional Democrats found three provisions that violated Senate rules Tuesday evening.
