At Issue: June 20 — Budget negotiations inch closer as July 1 deadline approaches

As the Minnesota Legislature inches toward budget bill agreements, the state's financial deadline of July 1 is rapidly approaching.

On Saturday night, the DFL-controlled House passed three separate budget bills, but lawmakers still have to pass about a dozen major funding measures.
