Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz issued a statewide mask mandate this week as the state continues to see its positive coronavirus case numbers increase. Meanwhile, the Walz administration says it’s feeling optimistic about its so-called “battle plan” to address COVID-19 deaths in long-term care facilities.

Our political analysts discuss the expectations awaiting parents and educators in the fall, as the Walz administration outlines plans for what school will look like. 

Plus, the coronavirus pandemic has hit nonprofit organizations especially hard. Tom sits down with the co-founders of Love Conquers Violence, which is dedicated to ending domestic violence.
