This week, Governor Tim Walz signed the bills that make up the state's two-year, $48 billion budget agreement. Gov. Walz stopped by At Issue to discuss the final outcome of the bills, what it took to negotiate this deal with House DFL and Senate Republican leaders, and what issues Minnesotans can expect to see discussed at the Capitol during the 2020 Legislative Session.

We're also joined by Ken Martin, Chair of the Minnesota DFL, and Jennifer Carnahan, Chair of the Republican Party of Minnesota. The party chairs discuss the impact of the 2019 legislative session and the outcome of the budget agreement, plus preview the 2020 elections where a lot is at stake for Minnesota voters.
