This week on "At Issue," newly-minted Senate Majority Leader Jeremy Miller (R-Winona) outlines his vision for leadership and explains what he believes will help Republicans in Minnesota Legislature. Miller became the top-ranking Republican in the state after Sen. Paul Gazelka stepped down from his role and will turn his efforts to running for governor.
