At Issue: Aug. 15 — USDA secretary visits Minnesota; GOP's path forward as strategist is arrested for alleged child sex trafficking

USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack visited Minnesota farmers this week, urging Congress to make it easier for his agency to distribute funding relief for farmers and ranchers hit hard by drought.

Our political analysts discuss whether farmer relief could be a topic for a special legislative session. They also weigh into how the Republican Party moves ahead, politically, with a child sex trafficking case hanging over one of its former operatives and major donors.

Also on "At Issue," the frontline worker pay group continued to meet this week, as lawmakers have to figure out how to divide up $250 million.
