It's been said,  "Art is in the eye of the beholder."

Now many eyes here in the Twin Cities are seeing art in an unusual location.

"I thought this is a good place to show off the wonderful artistic talent that Minnesotans have," Tunheim said.

Last November, they unveiled the art. It's one of the first courthouse art exhibits in the country.

They plan to rotate new art every six months.

All artists are from Minnesota, and the plan is to have art in all four federal courthouses in Minnesota.

"It's an experiment," Tunheim said. "We will see how it goes. I'm thrilled with it so far."
