One woman is injured after a shooting in St. Paul late Tuesday afternoon.

St. Paul Police Department spokesperson Steve Linders says the shooting happened around 3:20 p.m. on the 500 block of the Lexington area.

Linders added a woman was shot once, with a possibility of a second gunshot wound as well.

She was taken to Regions Hospital with injuries considered to be non-life-threatening. There has been no word on arrests in the incident.
