Winona Workforce Center Manager Under Investigation

May 30, 2018 11:09 PM

A state worker who supervises a workforce center is under investigation.

The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development confirmed two complaints have been filed against Gerry Krage.

Hundreds of people use the Minnesota Workforce Center in Winona to look for jobs, including Thomas Carroll, a disabled veteran.

Carroll said he filed a complaint with the state after he says Krage threatened him.

Another source told KSTP that the other complaint alleges Krage made threats and inappropriate sexual comments to another worker.

The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development would not comment about the complaints made against Krage.

Krage did not respond to requests for comment.
