Lino Lakes police are looking to put a vodka thief on ice.

The department said via a Facebook post Thursday that the thief has made off with liquor on four separate occasions from two different liquor stores over the past several months.

The suspect's beverage of choice is typically Grey Goose vodka, which he conceals in his pants. The department shared video footage from one of the stores depicting one such theft.

Police are asking for help from the public in identifying the man, whom they say has worn the same hat in multiple thefts.

A liquor store employee reported seeing the suspect leave in a silver passenger car with license plate 435M, the post says. Anyone with information is asked to contact Investigator Dan Thill at, or via private Facebook message.
