According to the report, the semi was headed west on Highway 8, coming down a hill from St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin into Minnesota when the driver said his brakes faded as he approached a red light.

The driver told authorities he swerved around traffic that was stopped and attempted to turn right onto Highway 95, but the semi rolled and slid into a pillar and signs near a Casey's General Store.

It's unclear if the driver suffered any injuries.

The crash is under investigation.
