He will also complete 40 hours of community service.

The charge stemmed from an incident last May, when Ramsey County Sheriff deputies responded to a report of a domestic assault at the 700 block of Hiawatha Avenue in Vadnais Heights.

According to the criminal complaint, the woman told deputies she had been in a relationship with Nyblom, whom she said grabbed her "by the right side collar of her windbreaker jacket and pulled her up from the chair with such force that (the woman) believed Nyblom was trying to choke her."

The complaint went on to state the woman had visible bruising on her right biceps from where the jacket had rubbed or pinched her skin.
