The release alleges that between April 30 and Aug. 8 of last year, Scott gained unauthorized access to the Snapchat accounts of 25 individuals. And that, in several cases, he used "extortionate tactics" in an effort to obtain sexually explicit images and videos from those individuals, many of whom were reported to be minors.

According to the release, evidence obtained in the case leads authorities to believe there may be additional victims. Anyone with information on the matter is asked to call the FBI at 763-569-8000.
