The University of Minnesota is working with a local organization on making airports more dementia friendly.
The U of M is conducting a survey to collect information about travel experiences from people with dementia and their care partners.
The survey results could lead to a having a separate dementia security line, better signage and teaching employees how to spot those with dementia.
"Some of the stories we hope can be used to develop training material," Sara Barsel, with Roseville Alzheimer's & Dementia Community Action Team, said.
The survey is open through Sunday and is open to a select group of people.
