A Twin Cities man has died in Mexico after he was found injured at a resort in the Cancun area, according to family members.

The man, identified by family as Artem Moskovkin of Prior Lake, died from his injuries Sunday afternoon, according to Moskovkin's brother.

"It's a mystery," Igor Moskovkin, the victim's brother said. "He was all scratched, like on the side, one of his legs was blue and he had broken ribs and a punctured lung."
