A recent email is sparking a big conversation about body image online.

Elizabeth Ries, a co-host on Twin Cities Live, was reporting from the Home and Garden Show this week when she got a couple emails from viewers. One of them attacked her choice of clothes and her physical appearance.

Ries addressed the situation on Twin Cities Live Friday afternoon.

She also sat down with KSTP's Brandi Powell to talk about the effect those hurtful comments can have.
