Rain to follow a pleasant, cloudy Sunday

The rain should hold off during the busiest times of the Minnesota State Fair on Sunday, according to KSTP Meteorologist Nicole Mitchell. 

The day is shaping up to be mostly cloudy with a potential for storms in the evening.

After a high of 76 during the day on Sunday, temperatures could drop to the low-60s in the evening as showers approach the area.

Mitchell says the rain is likely to continue into Monday. Some areas may potentially see over an inch of rain.
