St. Thomas Student Found Dead, Police Say Death Not Suspicious

A University of St. Thomas student was found dead in her own bed Friday.

According to the University of St. Thomas' website, Katherine Mullen, a sophomore, was found unresponsive in her bed Friday morning. There is no other information regarding Mullen's death. 


Police say the death is not suspicious. An investigation is ongoing. 

The Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office will release more details in the coming days. 

Katherine, or Katie, was a native of Andover. She was a dean's list student who worked in Academic Counseling and Support.
