Court records in Oconto County, Wisconsin, show a 26-year-old St. Paul woman pleaded not guilty Monday to charges of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, homicide by use of a vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration and second-degree reckless homicide.

The charges come after a crash in September in which prosecutors allege Kelly Nicole Crispin and Eric Soloman, listed as being from Plymouth, Wyoming, were drunk and fighting in a pickup truck when they cased a fatal crash.
