St. Paul Public Works will conduct a citywide residential plow on Tuesday and Wednesday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day, the city announced Monday.
The city asked residents to voluntarily move their vehicles off north-south residential streets Tuesday and from east-west residential streets Wednesday.
Normal parking rules will apply on all arterial streets throughout St. Paul, and the operation is not a snow emergency, the city said.
Vehicles parked on the streets during plow operations won't be ticketed or towed, but residents are asked to move their vehicles if they can so plows can break up and remove the ice pack and snow from the streets.
