St. Paul police have identified the man killed in the Payne-Phalen neighborhood Tuesday as 20-year-old Izavier Isaac Olguin.

According to police, officers were called to a home on the 900 block of Forest Street North on the report of a shooting.

Police investigating homicide in St. Paul's Payne-Phalen neighborhood

When officers arrived, they found Olguin, who was pronounced dead at the scene.

It marks the 27th homicide of the year in St. Paul.
