A federal indictment was announced Wednesday by the United States Attorney's Office in Minnesota, charging a St. Paul man with multiple crimes. 

According to a release, 44-year-old Phelixus Fitzgerald Mar Robinson, also known as 'Storm,' was charged with possession and distribution of heroin and firearms violations. Robinson made his initial appearance in U.S. District Court Wednesday in St. Paul.
