St. Paul homeowner injured in explosion in critical condition

An 80-year-old man injured when an explosion leveled his home on the east side of St. Paul on Friday remains in critical condition at Regions Hospital, a spokesperson for the hospital said.

John Lundahl was taken to the hospital after first responders pulled him from inside the home.

Richard and Jeanie Lundahl, John's brother and sister-in-law, had said he suffered burns to his face and arms.

He also suffered a broken arm and pelvis.
