According to the criminal complaint, investigators from the Central Minnesota Human Trafficking Task Force began an investigation of Riverwood Massage and Body Works in Waite Park in February after receiving information from various sources alleging there was an abnormal amount of traffic at the business, and that the masseuses were "having sexual contact with the patrons."

An adult male also allegedly reported to Waite Park police that he went to the business for a massage, and was told for an extra $100, the masseuse would engage in sexual contact.

The complaint also claims that an investigator engaged in surveillance Tuesday eventually made contact with three males in the business that day who allegedly acknowledged receiving sexual contact from a female masseuse.

On Thursday, search warrants were executed both at the business and at an apartment said to be Lin's in St. Cloud. The complaint alleges at the time officers entered the premises at Riverwood, a male was in the massage room naked and without a sheet or towel covering him.
