Many communities across Minnesota have special unique things they're known for.

The town of Belgrade in Stearns County has become famous for having a very large landmark.

Many call a statue of a crow the largest in the world. It stands 43 feet-tall and weighs 3,000 pounds.

The crow was put up by a couple of guys more than three decades ago. They say the birds have proven themselves as survivors and represent the people of the community.

"The crow is part of this community," Belgrade resident Terri Poole said. "It's Crow River, it's Crow Township, Crow Lake, everything crow."

People from around the world have visited the roadside attraction.

If you would like to check out the crow statue, it's located just south of Belgrade on Highway 71 in Stearns County.
