From Fred Astaire to John Travolta, there's been some great dancers over the years.

One Minnesota dance teacher remembers them all and she has no plans of stopping.

Lorraine Venaas of Maplewood turns 90 years old this month.

Every week, Venaas teaches a dance class at her senior living home in Maplewood to the same students she's had for more than 40 years.

So Minnesota stories

"We're slowing down just a little bit now, but we're still going," Venaas said.

Her students say Venaas is a great dance teacher and she can teach us all about growing old.

"Keep going," Venaas said. "If you sit down and think about your aches and pains,  your going to have a lot more aches and pains."

Venaas was born and raised in St. Paul. She has taken part in countless Winter Carnivals and State Fairs.
