The Anoka County Sheriff's Department has released the names of the siblings killed in a one-vehicle crash early Sunday morning in St. Francis.

A release Monday said Cassandra Marie Carlson, 23, and Josiah James Carlson, 21, both of St. Francis, died in the crash. Their vehicle was found fully engulfed in flames when authorities arrived on the scene at 229th Avenue NW and Arrowhead Street NW around 1:10 a.m.
