The Redwood County Sheriff's Office says a hunter suffered non-life threatening injuries when another accidentally shot them Saturday.

The hunting accident occurred at 140th Street and Jade Avenue around 11:15 a.m. Saturday. According to the sheriff's office, a male hunter was lifting his gun to shoot a pheasant while taking the safety off and accidentally fired at another hunter.
