DIGITAL EXTRA: Rogers Police Chief Discusses Dramatic Rescue

Rogers police chief Jeff Beahen helped keep a man's head above water for 30 minutes until a tow truck was able to move in and rescue him.

Two men had been trimming trees off Jasmine Way when the vehicle they were in hit a patch of ice and tipped over, pinning them in water under the equipment.

But both men are expected to make a full recovery.

The police chief discussed the rescue with KSTP.
