Tuesday, the Minnesota Department of Transportation released new video from traffic cameras of a tanker that drove into a crowd of protesters on Interstate 35W.

The incident happened Sunday evening during protests over the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis.

Bogdan Vechirko, the driver of the tanker, was booked into Hennepin County Jail Sunday but Gov. Tim Walz and Minnesota Department of Public Safety Commissioner John Harrington said Monday that it doesn’t appear Vechirko intentionally drove on the highway or tried to cause harm. Vechirko was released without charges Tuesday afternoon.

The video released Tuesday shows different camera views of Vechirko as he drove on the highway before getting near the crowd. You can watch the full video by clicking the video box above.
