Large police, SWAT presence reported at mobile home park in Hastings

Police are on scene at a mobile home park in Hastings after a person barricaded themselves inside of a home. 

The city of Hastings says there is a heavy police presence in the area of 31st Street and Millard Avenue.

Those who live and work near Three Rivers Mobile Home Park are asked to shelter in place. 

Dakota County Sheriff Tim Leslie confirmed the SWAT is present at the incident. Leslie did not release more information.
