Police investigating North Minneapolis shooting that injured juvenile

Police are investigating a shooting that took place in North Minneapolis Tuesday that left a juvenile male with "grave injuries." 

The Minneapolis Police Department said officers were called at about 9:20 p.m. to the report of a shooting on the 1800 block of Lowry Avenue North.

When officers arrived, they located a juvenile male who suffered an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to North Memorial Health Hospital for his injuries, according to police. 

Police are not releasing information about the victim at this time.
