Police investigating gas station robbery, reward offered

Hopkins Police are offering a $500 reward for information leading to an arrest of the person who robbed a gas station earlier this month.

Police said officers responded to a reported robbery at the Holiday Gas Station at 530 Blake Road North on shortly after 2 a.m. on Feb. 10.


The suspect fled from the store with an undisclosed amount of money before officers arrived on scene, police said.

The employee working behind the counter told officers that a black man, approximately 5'5" tall, came behind the counter and threatened to harm the employee before grabbing cash and running away.
