Police are investigating a fatal shooting Monday evening on the east side of St. Paul.

According to the St. Paul Police Department, officers were called to the 800 block of North Hazel Street at about 5:30 p.m. on multiple reports of gunshots fired.

There, officers found a man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound in the parking lot of Pine Tree Park apartment complex.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

No arrests have been made as of Monday night.

Police are asking anyone with information to call 651-266-5650.
