3 stabbed in Minneapolis home Wednesday morning

Three people are recovering after a stabbing in Minneapolis early Wednesday morning.

Minneapolis Police said officers responded to a home on the 3500 block of Nicollet Avenue at about 2:05 a.m.


When they arrived, officers found three adult victims in the residence. All three were transported to the Hennepin County Medical Center by ambulance and are expected to survive, police said.

Police said 27-year-old Raymond James Cottier was taken into custody several blocks away, and is a suspect in the stabbing.

The incident remains under investigation.
