The Plymouth Police Department has shared additional information regarding a fatal highway shooting that happened in Plymouth earlier this month.

Police are still trying to locate the suspect, who was believed to be driving a 2015-2020 silver Chevrolet Suburban LT.

The vehicle description had been a toss-up due to the fact it was raining the night of the deadly shooting and Minnesota Department of Transportation cameras were distorted with rain droplets.

The shooting killed youth baseball coach Jay Boughton as he was driving with his son back home from a baseball game on July 6.

Anyone who may recall seeing the vehicle of interest fleeing the area of Arden Hills on Snelling Avenue south of I-694, or traveling westbound along I-694 on the night of the incident, is encouraged to contact CrimeStoppers of Minnesota at 1-800-222-8477.

CrimeStoppers has offered a reward of up to $1,000 in return for information that leads to an arrest.
