A pedestrian was taken to the Hennepin County Medical Center after being struck by a car in Minneapolis Monday morning.

Minneapolis Police Department public information officer Sgt. Catherine Michal said the incident occurred at 46th Street and Hiawatha Avenue around 7:55 a.m.


The driver involved in the incident stopped and was cooperating with officers.

The pedestrian is believed to have suffered minor injuries.
