Paynesville police seek missing man with criminal sexual conduct arrest warrant

Authorities are searching for a man reported missing who has a warrant for an arrest on criminal sexual conduct charges.

Paynesville police are asking for the public's help in finding 50-year-old Steven Dale Row, who was last seen at his residence in Paynesville on May 23.


According to the Paynesville Police Department, Row left his residence in a blue 2005 Chevrolet 2500HD, with a Minnesota license plate of MAE592.

Police said Row is currently listed as being a missing person. His arrest warrant is for first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Anyone with information on Row's whereabouts is asked to call the Paynesville Police Department at 320-243-3434.
